Your supervisor will assist you in establishing a schedule that accommodates both your availability and departmental needs. About this Position This position will assist with all maintenance phases and operations at Lake Carl Blackwell grounds. Responsible for safely operating power equipment, including lawn mower, weed eater, small tractor, chainsaw, or hand equipment. Required to assist with carpentry, cleaning of toilets, minor construction, painting, plumbing tasks, and any task necessary to maintain the safety and appearance of the grounds at Lake Carl Blackwell. This position requires working outdoors and tolerating extreme temperatures and weather. The position also requires frequent, strenuous physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
