Services We Provide Yardvarks offers comprehensive outdoor services for residential and commercial clients, including: Lawn and landscape maintenance Landscape and irrigation installation Turf & ornamental care Pest control services Pool service and repair Seasonal property enhancements Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a lawn maintenance crew and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Yardvarks' standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and keeps their crew moving. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew on daily routes Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment Ensure job sites meet quality, safety, and time standards Communicate professionally with customers and management Train crew members and enforce safety procedures Maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record ( required ) Landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred Ability to lead a team and manage workflow efficiently Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health and dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Referral program Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-focused work environment Ready to Join Us?
