Operate equipment efficiently with utmost concern for safety of self, other employees, equipment, and crops. Assist mechanics with repairs as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Maintain a clean work area. Able to work alone or in a team environment. Be a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other team members and management. Attend required company meetings and training and participate in constructive discussion.
