Job Description

Cutting Edge Landscape & Design is looking for a qualified employee with experience in landscape maintenance. We take a lot of pride in our work and in being a great company to work for. Work hours are M-F 7:30am
  • 4:30pm. Our team works hard to stay as close to these hours as possible so that you can still spend time with your family/friends after work. Reliability, integrity and a positive professional attitude are fundamental requirements for our team members.
  • Starting pay for a landscape maintenance worker is $22
  • 24 hr to start depending on experience and performance/reliability.
MUST HAVE RELEVANT LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Driving company vehicle to job sites
  • Occasional heavy lifting under safety guidelines
  • Consistent bending and stretching
  • Standing for longs periods of time
  • Working in the great outdoors daily
  • Professionally communicating with clients about maintenance needs
  • Perform clean up tasks as needed
  • Operating landscaping equipment safely and by company guidelines
  • Looking at a property as a whole and fixing the small details
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid ODL
  • Detail Oriented Personality
  • Ability to communicate in fluent English
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work
  • Able to work outside
  • Positive attitude
  • Comfortable with consistent physical labor
  • Have a team mentality

  • Clean cut and well groomed
