Back Park Aide Light Industrial Grants Pass , Oregon temp Jun 30, 2026 Park Aide Full-Time | Outdoor Position Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming? We're looking for one or two dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Parks Department as Park Aides ! As a Park Aide, you'll play an important role in maintaining our parks and assisting Park Rangers with day-to-day operations. This is a physically active position that's perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and doesn't mind getting a little dirty.

What You'll Do:

Clean and maintain park restrooms Weed eat and perform vegetation maintenance Rake leaves and debris Blow sidewalks, trails, and other park areas Perform general grounds maintenance Assist Park Rangers with daily operations and other assigned duties

What We're Looking For:

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Enjoys working outdoors in all types of weather Able to perform physically demanding work throughout an 8-hour shift Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Takes pride in maintaining clean and attractive public spaces Work Environment This is a full-time, outdoor position requiring 8-hour shifts in varying weather conditions. Park Aides are typically assigned to a single park for the duration of their shift and may not have convenient access to restaurants or stores.
