Job Description

Job Summary Meriwether National Golf Club is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Team Member to help maintain exceptional playing conditions. This is a hands-on position responsible for the daily maintenance and presentation of the golf course. Previous golf course maintenance experience is required. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working outdoors, and understand the importance of detail, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other turf areas Set up the golf course, including changing cups and tee markers Rake bunkers and maintain bunker conditions Operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment safely Perform irrigation repairs and basic sprinkler adjustments Trim around trees, cart paths, and landscape features Assist with fertilizer and pesticide applications (if qualified) Repair divots, ball marks, and other course damage Help with general landscape maintenance and course improvement projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Previous golf course maintenance experience is required Ability to operate commercial mowing and maintenance equipment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as on a team Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Golf privileges Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Beautiful outdoor work setting We are looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and committed to maintaining outstanding course conditions every day.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
