Job Description
Description Position Summary Maintain landscaped areas, flower beds, parking lots, and other designated areas of Chinook Winds Casino Resort property. Essential Functions Plans and executes all aspects of large commercial landscape maintenance operations. Plants, prunes, and maintains of all trees, shrubs, flowers and lawns. Ensures the proper grounds maintenance of assigned Chinook Winds Casino Resort grounds. Operates, maintains, and cleans various types of grounds keeping tools and equipment. Mows lawns and trims/edges around walkways, flower beds, walls, and/or other assigned areas. Fertilizes lawns, shrubs, and trees; assists in applying pesticides and herbicides. Prunes trees and shrubbery; deadheads bedding plants. Performs weeding of flowerbeds, pathways, and/or other designated areas. Plants bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees. Sweeps and maintains parking lots; cleans up spills; picks up trash and debris from grounds. Cleans and maintains bus stops and underpass; pressure washes sidewalks and light poles. Provides assistance in maintaining departmental facilities. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Position Qualifications
