This includes but is not limited to painting, hanging racks, fixing faucets, replacing tiles, and various non-license plumbing or electrical work. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Mow, trim, and edge lawns and turf areas Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery Prune and maintain plants, hedges, and trees Remove weeds and apply mulch, fertilizer, or other treatments Rake leaves and clear debris from outdoor areas Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned Education & Knowledge High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment Skills, Abilities & Experience Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in varying weather conditions Good time management skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Working Conditions/Physical Demands Tasks will vary and may involve standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and other physical activities. Work may occur in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, depending on the task. Must be able to operate various tools and equipment. Must pass pre-employment drug and criminal background checks.
