Job Description
We are looking to add another full-time Laborer to our team. This individual will be responsible for daily gardening, landscaping, and general estate maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and very good work ethic. Must have experience maintaining shrubs, fruits, vegetable gardens, lawns, etc., and possess the ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
- Personally perform and ensure the care of plants and landscapes through the mowing, pruning, watering, weeding, planting flowers and vegetables, leaf removal, and snow shoveling when necessary.
- Travel to different homes and assist as needed.
- Other duties as assigned. Experience, training, skills required:
- 2 years' experience landscaping.
- Proven ability to safely operate a wide variety of equipment including mowers, blowers and all hand tools.
- Must be able to operate effectively in a team environment where communication is essential.
- A valid driver's license is required.
