Job Summary:
Responsible for performing general maintenance duties throughout the center.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles. Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture. Performs minor building construction tasks. Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum :
High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.
Preferred :
One year or more work-related experience.
Knowledge :
Must possess a valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
