Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance the natural environment and meet client expectations. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces through skilled landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools and equipment, contributing to vibrant, well-kept landscapes that inspire and delight. Duties Perform landscape installation and maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, aerating, and overseeding to ensure lush, healthy turf Maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other constructed elements using appropriate tools and techniques Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to ensure safety and beauty of trees within landscapes Install and maintain irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency for all landscape areas Perform seasonal tasks such as snow plowing in winter months to keep properties accessible and safe during inclement weather Experience Proven experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance roles with a strong understanding of horticulture principles Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and irrigation systems Familiarity with lawn care techniques including fertilization, pest control, and soil management Hands-on experience with landscape maintenance including pruning, planting, hardscape installation, and tree care Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in different outdoor environments Knowledge of construction practices related to landscape features such as patios or retaining walls is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in creating stunning landscapes that bring joy to communities!
