Lead Landscaper

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Landscaper to oversee and execute high-quality landscaping projects and maintenance operations. This role is vital in ensuring the beauty, health, and sustainability of outdoor spaces through expert supervision and hands-on involvement. As a Lead Landscaper, you will inspire and guide a team of landscapers, coordinate with clients, and uphold the highest standards of landscape care. Duties Supervise and mentor a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control Lead landscaping projects from planning to execution, including installation of new features such as patios, irrigation systems, and garden beds Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations for landscape design and improvements Manage irrigation systems maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling regular system checks Conduct tree care activities such as pruning, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Ensure all work complies with environmental standards and best practices in horticulture and landscaping Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques including lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and tree care Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance Strong background in landscape construction projects such as hardscaping or garden design Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Familiarity with equipment operation related to lawn care and landscape maintenance Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors Join us as a Lead Landscaper to shape outdoor spaces that inspire!
