Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and construction to transform landscapes into vibrant, functional environments. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or performing routine gardening tasks, your efforts will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Perform lawn care duties including aerating, fertilizing, and weed control to promote lush, healthy turf. Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance safety and aesthetics. Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and performing routine repairs. Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot equipment such as excavators, power tools, and irrigation systems. Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices. Familiarity with landscaping techniques including tree trimming, planting, and hardscape installation. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely for various construction and maintenance tasks. Knowledge of snow plowing procedures for winter storm response. Strong understanding of landscape upkeep including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and pest control. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.
