Job Description
Job Summary We're hiring experienced Groundsman and Climber/Fellers now! Join a company that values safety, quality and customer service, with the right equipment to get the job done safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Groundsman will assist Fellers and Trimmers with tree removal and maintenance by handling ropes, operating equipment like chainsaws and chippers, clearing brush, maintaining equipment, and ensuring job site safety. Climber/Feller's responsibilities include using chainsaws, aerial lifts (bucket trucks and spider lifts), and climbing gear to fell and trim trees, with a strong emphasis on safety, rigging, and aerial work. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong understanding and strict adherence to safety procedures Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship 1-3 years experience in related tree service work; experience with crane work a plus Valid PA Drivers License (CDL Class A or B preferred) Ability to perform strenuous, repetitive tasks in all weather. Ability to lift 75-100 pounds.
