As a Mowing Crew Team Member, you will work outdoors as part of a supportive team, ensuring lawns and landscapes are kept in top condition. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor areas Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Assist with clean-up of debris and ensure job sites are left in excellent condition Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures while on the job Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus, but not required Offered compensation: $18/hr - $22/hr Experience and License Requirements Legal to work in US Mowing Valid Drivers License Weed wacking/edging
