Woody's Tree Service is looking for a hardworking and dependable Ground Crew Member to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting climbers and equipment operators while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally . This is a hands-on, outdoor position with opportunities to learn new skills, advance within the company, and grow in the tree care industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist climbers and operators during tree removals and pruning. Drag brush and feed material into the chipper. Operate chainsaws and other tree service equipment (training provided). Help with rigging ropes and lowering limbs safely. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials. Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleanup. Communicate effectively with crew members to maintain safety.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license preferred. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions. Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs). Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines. Tree service or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required. Benefits of Working at
