Entry-level team members with no experience start at $18.50/hour , with most experienced and high-performing crew members earning $20

• 30/hour based on skill, responsibility and performance.

Duties Our crews work on a variety of outdoor projects throughout the York area, including: Landscape installations and renovations Planting trees, shrubs and perennials Mulch and decorative stone installation Property and seasonal cleanups Shrub and tree trimming Sod and lawn installations Landscape lighting General landscape enhancement projects Professional Christmas light installation during our holiday season. You should:

Be dependable and show up on time, ready to work Enjoy working outside and be comfortable working in different weather conditions Be able to perform physical work throughout the day, including lifting, bending, digging and carrying materials Follow directions and be willing to learn Care about doing a job correctly, not just getting it done Work well as part of team Take care of company tools, equipment, and client property Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Take pride in the finished product A valid driver's license and clean driving record are strongly preferred.
