Competitive, based on experience About the Position Zizka Property Solutions is looking for an experienced, dependable Mowing Crew Member to join our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who already knows how to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and produce high-quality results without constant direction. Responsibilities Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. String trim, edge, and blow off all hard surfaces to leave each property looking professional. Identify and report property issues, equipment problems, or customer concerns. Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance. Work safely while following company procedures. Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and coworkers. Qualifications 2+ years of commercial lawn maintenance experience preferred. Comfortable operating commercial mowing equipment. Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
