Job Description

As an Outside Grounds Worker/Laborer, you will be essential in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of the campground. You will contribute to creating and sustaining beautiful landscapes, ensuring a well-kept environment for the organization and its community.
Essential Duties:
Assist staff with general duties Deliver firewood & store items to campsites Perform clean-up work on grounds including cutting grass, snow removal and trash pick-up. Maintain & monitor pool area Communicate and assist guests with inquiries or requested services Assist skilled tradesmen with construction projects and general duties Load and unload materials, firewood, packages, etc. Digging, raking, mulching, weeding, trimming, planting Assist with light electrical, plumbing and carpentry Assist with installations and repairs Perform minor maintenance services on vehicles and equipment Assist and conduct with facility maintenance Provide proper upkeep of driveways, parking lots, and other grounds features. Shovel snow and salt
Skills Needed:
Must have common sense and a positive attitude Experience using hand tools and landscape equipment Able to lift up to 60 lbs. consistently Ability to work in all types of weather conditions Self-starter Works in a professional and ethical manner Please send resume or call 570-223-8000 to apply.
