Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to landscape projects, and develop a wide range of skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will directly enhance the beauty and usability of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects Support the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Assist with general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated learners Familiarity with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care and tree trimming enhances your contribution to our team Experience with snow plowing equipment or irrigation systems is beneficial but not mandatory Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping, hardscape installation, and site maintenance Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments while gaining valuable experience in landscaping techniques!
