In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional.

Responsibilities Include:

Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manual as needed. Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, replacing light bulbs and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Performs routine maintenance on building systems and test the functionality of safety systems. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed. Maintain grounds, including grounds upkeep Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal , etc. Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions. Report to CEO regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress. Performs other duties related as assigned Additional Details
