About Us:

BLB Lawn Care & Landscaping is a family-owned company dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced, dependable Lawn Care Crew Lead / Foreman to help lead our mowing division and ensure every property is completed to the highest standard. Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Lawn Care Crew Lead / Foreman to oversee daily mowing operations for residential and commercial properties. This individual will be responsible for safely operating company equipment, driving a truck and trailer between job sites, managing daily routes, and ensuring quality workmanship from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Lead a lawn maintenance crew on daily residential and commercial routes Safely drive a truck and trailer to and from job sites Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup with attention to detail Ensure jobs are completed efficiently while maintaining BLB's quality standards Assist with training and mentoring crew members Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, organized truck, trailer, and work environment Communicate professionally with customers when needed

Qualifications:

Previous lawn care and commercial mowing experience required Experience safely driving a truck with a trailer required Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay:
