Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions, applying your skills in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and horticulture. You will collaborate with experienced team members to execute projects that enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of residential, commercial, and public landscapes. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and commitment to safety will help ensure every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation using hand tools and power equipment Perform routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming trees and shrubs, and weed control Operate grounds maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems with proper safety protocols Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health of landscape features Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow clearing, or seasonal planting projects Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and horticulture principles is a plus Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment operation is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems or grounds equipment will be advantageous Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working with potentially hazardous tools or chemicals Strong attention to detail in plant identification, pruning, and overall grounds upkeep Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and grounds management Join us in transforming outdoor environments while developing your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding setting.
