Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes and outdoor spaces. Your expertise will help ensure that gardens, lawns, and grounds are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, applying your skills to transform outdoor areas into stunning landscapes that inspire and delight. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces pristine and attractive Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health of all landscape elements Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Apply horticultural knowledge for plant health care, pest management, and soil improvement using appropriate techniques and pesticides following safety protocols Conduct regular groundskeeping duties including leaf removal, weed control, fertilization, and mulch application Adhere strictly to safety procedures during all tasks to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment Experience Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscape equipment operation and maintenance Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as plant identification, tree trimming, lawn care, gardening, and groundskeeping techniques Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus Knowledge of pesticide management protocols and safety standards is desirable Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely while maintaining precision in detailed tasks Prior experience working outdoors in various weather conditions demonstrating resilience and adaptability Join us to bring outdoor spaces to life through your expertise!
