Job Description
Job Summary Do not apply unless you have experience, or have a serious interest in learning the trade. We are not looking for someone to work two weeks. Mowing Crew/ Landscape Maintenance Please read what will be required of you. This position will be accountable to other leaders in the company. You will perform various Landscape Maintenance/Mowing responsibilities throughout the season. Snow removal will be required during the winter months. We are looking for someone that has experience in the industry, that has a heart for what we do. If you feel that you are the right person for the job please apply. This is a full time seasonal position. If you are a good fit we will work with you. You will preform various landscape maintenance duties throughout the growing season. Must have knowledge of hand tools and how to use them properly. Edging, Weeding, Mulching, Shrubbery Trimming, and other duties involved in Landscape maintenance are a must. We would like candidate to be well rounded, some experience preferred as well. You should be physically conditioned well enough to work an entire day. If you can't work an entire work week please do not apply. Pay will be based on experience. We are not looking for an individual that is just looking for a short term position. We want someone that is looking to be a positive person in our small business, someone that can be of value to us. Pay will be based on experience and you as a person. If you think coming to work late two days a week and leaving three days a week early is considered full time, please do not apply. If you smoke or vape, please do not apply.

. Responsibilities and Duties Will be required to perform duties with one other individual, job will require you to be responsible. Individual will be responsible to handle work load that is given each week and maintain the properties to the customers expectations. Must have attention to detail and be respectable to the truck and equipment. Will need to maintain equipment, will also be responsible to wash truck and equipment Qualifications and Skills- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have the ability to drive a truck with trailer if needed
- Must have the ability to walk, bend, crouch, stoop, dig and rake
- Must have the ability to lift up to 100lbs
- Must have the ability to operate various types of mowing equipment
- Must to able to communicate with customers
- Must be Responsible, Respectable, Kind and most importantly have a Passion for what you do
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must have the ability to keep track of worked preformed on a daily basis
