Job Description
Overview Kittanning Country Club is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual with relevant grounds-maintenance experience to join our Golf Course Grounds Crew. This position helps maintain the appearance, condition, and playability of the golf course. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable operating grounds-maintenance equipment. Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough Maintain bunkers, divots and tee boxes Operate mowers, small equipment, and utility vehicles Assist with irrigation, watering, cleanup, and general course maintenance and organization Qualifications Relevant experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, agriculture, or a related field Experience operating grounds-maintenance tools or equipment Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Available for early mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays during the golf season Golf course experience, irrigation knowledge, mechanical aptitude, or a turfgrass, horticulture, or agriculture background is a plus. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to the upkeep of a beautiful golf course environment.
