Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Groundsman to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in tree care industry and landscape maintenance. Duties Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as skid loaders, chippers, stump grinders and other equipment to perform tree work and landscaping tasks efficiently Assist with planting, pruning, trimming trees, and shrubbery to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal management practices safely Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, soil preparation, and mulch application to keep landscapes thriving year-round Skills No experience required. Just a willingness to learn Valid drivers license required. Must be able to get Dot medical card. Would be training on different pieces of equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, stump grinder, grapple and skid loaders etc Paid CDL training Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that inspire community pride!
