Landscape Crew Member Full-Time | Year-Round | Competitive Pay | Lancaster County, PA Join the Stumpf's Lawn Care Team Stumpf's Lawn Care is a locally owned residential lawn care and landscaping company proudly serving homeowners throughout Lancaster County. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want a full-time, year-round career , we'd like to meet you! What You'll Do Mow residential properties using commercial equipment Trim, edge, and blow off sidewalks and driveways Weed and maintain landscape beds Trim shrubs and small ornamental trees Install mulch, plants, and landscape enhancements Assist with turf care programs Perform seasonal cleanups Work safely while providing outstanding customer service What We're Looking For At least 1 year of professional landscaping or lawn care experience Experience operating commercial mowers and landscaping equipment Valid driver's license required Dependable, hardworking, and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team Able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors Why You'll Like Working Here Full-time, year-round employment Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Positive team environment Opportunities to grow with our company Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays during peak season Ready to Join Our Team?
