Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your skill, energy, and passion for horticulture! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes by performing a variety of groundskeeping tasks. Your expertise will help create inviting outdoor environments that enhance the natural beauty of residential, commercial, or public spaces. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep grounds looking pristine. Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health of all landscape elements. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety. Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and diseases. Maintain grounds by performing routine inspections, cleaning up debris, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and landscaping equipment effectively. Proven experience in landscape maintenance and outdoor work environments. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, soil health, and pest management. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Understanding of safety protocols related to pesticide application, equipment operation, and outdoor work hazards.
