Job Description

Lawn Care Crew Member ($18.00 - $24.00/hr | 40-50 Hrs/Wk + Overtime) Are you looking for a great outdoor job where you can stay active, build a valuable skill, and stack serious cash before winter? Are you tired of seasonal jobs that promise big hours but cut you loose by noon? We are Property Polishers, and we have an immediate opening on our top lawn maintenance crew for the remainder of our season (running through the end of November, with first priority to return every March).

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

If you have a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and show up on time, we will train you step-by-step on professional commercial equipment from day one.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Competitive Pay:

$18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on attitude, drive, and speed of learning.

Heavy, Dependable Hours:

40 to 50 hours every single week.

Real Overtime:

Time-and-a-half after 40 hours ($27.00 to $36.00/hr). Your hard work directly hits your paycheck. 100%

Paid Training:

We teach you everything you need to know about commercial mowing, trimming, and edging.

Top-Notch Equipment:

Modern commercial zero-turns, commercial trimmers, and reliable trucks. No fighting broken-down junk.

Guaranteed Return Priority:

Finish the season strong through November, take the winter off, and get first call to return every March.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Operating commercial zero-turn mowers on residential and commercial accounts. Line trimming and weed-whacking with clean, sharp edges. Running backpack blowers to clear clippings and leave every property spotless. Basic end-of-day equipment washdown and checks to keep gear sharp.
