Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fence & Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation of fencing, performing general landscaping tasks, and supporting crew members on residential and commercial job sites. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, are physically capable, and take pride in delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installation of wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fences Dig post holes, set posts, and carry materials Perform landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, trimming, and cleanups Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely Load/unload trucks and maintain a clean job site Follow directions from crew leaders and adhere to safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Prior construction or landscaping experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation to job sites Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time / Part-time available Competitive hourly pay based on experience
