About the Role Malvern Lawn Care LLC is seeking an experienced Turf Maintenance Crew Lead / Driver to oversee daily mowing and turf routes while operating company trucks and towing equipment. This role is responsible for leading a crew, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring turf services are delivered efficiently and safely. You will work in the field every day, managing both the crew and the equipment that keeps routes running on time. You are one of the key leaders responsible for how our properties look and how our company is represented. Responsibilities Lead a turf maintenance crew on mowing and lawn care routes Drive company trucks and safely tow trailers and equipment Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, and turf maintenance Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standards Train and support crew members Monitor job quality and safety on all properties Accurately track time and job progress Communicate daily updates and issues to management Maintain clean, safe, and organized trucks and equipment Report any damaged or broken equipment Qualifications and Competencies 3+ years of turf maintenance or landscaping experience Experience leading or supervising a crew Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience towing trailers and hauling equipment Strong knowledge of mowing and turf care practices Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer Paid time off 401K with 4 percent match after one year Work boot reimbursement up to $100 after 3 months Consistent hours and steady work (Monday
