Crew Leader, Landscaper

Duties Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers to complete landscape maintenance, planting, construction, and irrigation projects efficiently and safely Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards Perform landscape tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, mulching, and garden bed maintenance with precision and attention to detail Oversee tree care activities such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth Maintain equipment and tools through regular inspection and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and best practices in horticulture Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with completed work Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and garden design Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and repair as well as general landscape construction skills Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning and removal techniques Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities to motivate team members Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Certification or training in horticulture or related fields is a plus but not required; a passion for gardening and outdoor environments is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
