Responsibilities Lead a crew responsible for lawn mowing, and Equipment maintenance Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure timely project completion. Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers safely and efficiently. Skills Proven experience in lawn care Skilled in operating grounds maintenance equipment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crew members effectively while fostering teamwork. Outdoor work experience requiring physical stamina in varying weather conditions.
