Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawncare Laborer and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, landscapes, and hardscape features through hands-on work with various tools and equipment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create inviting, well-manicured environments that enhance curb appeal and outdoor enjoyment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction-related tasks while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to maintain lawns and gardens Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to ensure lush, lawns. Help with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or removal during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance Experience Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and maintenance tasks Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques including trimming and pruning, and general landscaping practices is a plus Experience operating small construction or excavation equipment such as excavators or skid steers is advantageous Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards during all tasks Enthusiasm for working as part of a team dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor environments This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in lawncare, landscape maintenance, and construction-related activities.
