$20/hour guaranteed minimum, with typical earnings of $22-$26+ per hour through performance-based pay (P4P) Patkin Landscaping is hiring experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our maintenance crews serving residential properties throughout the Main Line and surrounding areas. This is a full-time seasonal position, with our regular landscaping season running approximately March 1 through December 31. Unlike a lawn mowing position, our landscape maintenance crews perform a wide variety of property maintenance and landscape improvement work throughout the season. We are looking for dependable, experienced employees who can work efficiently, follow detailed job instructions, and consistently produce high-quality work. What We're Looking For Professional landscape maintenance experience Experience with multiple types of landscape maintenance work rather than mowing alone Experience trimming and pruning shrubs Ability to perform detailed garden bed maintenance and weeding Experience with mulch installation, planting, lawn work, or similar landscape services Ability to read and follow job notes and property-specific instructions Ability to work efficiently within established production expectations while maintaining quality Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow Crew Leader direction and work effectively as part of a crew Professional and respectful communication with coworkers, customers, and management Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work This is a production-based environment.
