The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the skills necessary to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks that support the overall upkeep of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor spaces. Duties Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Assist in building and maintaining gardens, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and weeding flower beds. Provide tree care services, including pruning and removal as needed. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care.
