Duties Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and overall lawn maintenance Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to team members to maximize productivity Ensure all landscaping projects adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools Oversee the proper handling of materials and tools, ensuring efficient use and storage Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance. Strong leadership and supervising experience to motivate and manage a team effectively Knowledge of landscaping techniques Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and perform routine equipment maintenance Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Familiarity with landscape design principles and environmental sustainability practices Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor as needed
