Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, including , garden upkeep, landscaping and hardscaping . As a Landscaper you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and health of various landscapes while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, trimming, edging, installing paver patios and walls and lots more . Manage garden upkeep by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation Operate power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks. Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility of properties. Dig and prepare soil for planting while adhering to best practices for landscape health. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and equipment operation. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
