Job Overview Pocono Property Care is looking for a reliable, hard-working landscaper to join our crew. We mainly service residential properties around the Poconos, focusing on keeping lawns clean, maintained, and looking sharp all season. This is hands-on outdoor work, and we're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the job. We're also looking for someone who wants to step into a lead role , take on responsibility, and grow with the company as we continue to expand. Responsibilities Weekly & bi-weekly lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Property cleanups (spring, fall, and overgrown yards) Mulch installation and light landscaping work Basic planting (shrubs, flowers, small trees) Operate equipment like zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers Keep properties looking clean and professional after each job Help with occasional extras like junk removal or pressure washing Maintain equipment and keep tools organized Work with the crew to stay on schedule and get jobs done efficiently (For lead role) Help manage routes, keep jobs on track, and make sure work meets company standards Experience Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required Must be willing to learn and work hard Comfortable working outside in all weather Able to handle physical labor (lifting, walking, etc.) Reliable transportation is a big plus Shows up on time and has a good attitude What We're Looking For Someone dependable — no last-minute call offs Works fast but pays attention to detail Takes pride in clean lines and a good-looking lawn Team player, easy to work with Someone who wants to take ownership and grow into a leadership position Pay / Growth Starting pay based on experience Higher pay for lead role / proven responsibility Opportunity to grow with the company as we scale Consistent work through the season
