Position Description:

Dedicated, hard-working crew member to provide commercial grounds maintenance and snow removal services to our residential and commercial customers in the Pennsylvania/Maryland area. As a business we aim to provide quality ground's maintenance and outdoor services while being alert to the needs of our customers. Employees are representatives of the business and need to be a team player and have professional interactions with our customers. We are a family-oriented business that values our employees' personal and family time. We work 4 days a week (4 10hrs day, Friday off) no weekends, except for snow removal season. Vacation and sick days, after 1 year.

Our services include:

• Mowing, flower bed and landscape maintenance
• Tree, shrub, flower and seasonal planting
• Edging, mulching, and landscape stone
• Light grading and seeding
• Residential and commercial snow removal and ice control

Skills/Equipment Used:

• Commercial mowing equipment (Sitdown and Standup Zero Turn)
• Trimmer/edging, blower
• Snow blower
• Snow plowing Experience operating equipment is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is welcomed.

Pay:

Full-time Hourly with Overtime. We pay for experience the pay range is a starting pay, the more exp you have the higher you start at.
