We are looking for full-time laborers and crew leaders for our 2026 season and beyond! Del Vacchio Landscape & Christmas Décor is a full-service landscape and hardscape organization focused on growth. We design, install and maintain beautiful landscaping, outdoor living spaces including walkways, paver patios, water and fire features, lighting and pool paver decks throughout the Delaware and Chester Counties of Pennsylvania. Our core business is providing Outstanding Service in Every Season for our clients. Skills & Qualifications Provide beautiful landscape with attention to detail. Proven ability to operate lawn mowing equipment, trimmers, blowers and other small equipment. Knowledge of lawns and plants a plus. Lifting of pavers or heavy machinery. Knowledge of low voltage lighting systems a plus. Job Requirements A valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability and desire to be reliable, prompt and a hard-working team player Physically able to lift 50 pounds High energy Job Type Full-time Required Education High school or equivalent Required Experience Christmas Decorating or roofing a plus! Landscape/Hardscape knowledge a plus! Compensation - Commensurate with experience . $20.00 per hour entry level with many opportunities to move into crew leadership. Salary will be higher for those who have demonstrated skills. Training programs and certifications available.
