Small growing lawn care and landscaping company in West Grove, PA looking for a dependable part-time helper for mowing and landscape maintenance work. This position is primarily focused on Wednesdays and Thursdays , helping with detail work on our mowing routes. Pay is $17-$20/hr depending on experience, reliability, and work ethic, with typical hours of 15-20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available during busy weeks for landscaping work such as fall cleanups, mulch jobs, and seasonal projects.

We are located in Lincoln University, PA, and most of our work is in the West Grove, Avondale, Lincoln University, and surrounding areas. Applicants who live locally or in the surrounding area are strongly preferred. Due to the part-time nature of the position, a reasonable commute is important.

Experience with string trimming, edging, blowing, or similar equipment is a plus. Willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and is dependable. Most work is local in the West Grove / Avondale / Lincoln University area. Looking for someone dependable who takes pride in doing quality work and wants consistent part-time hours during the mowing season, with the possibility of additional work as the business continues to grow.
