Grounds Crew Worker

Summary Maintains the campus grounds Essential Job Functions Performs ground maintenance tasks related to gardening, such as planting, raking and spreading mulch Shovels snow and applies salt as needed Removes, recycles or disposes of trash to properly discard waste Responds to on-campus maintenance emergencies, when assigned, in a timely manner Operates grounds maintenance equipment Operates grounds vehicles including trucks, as needed Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Valid U.S. driver's license Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card upon hire
