Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Overview Join our amazing landscape maintenance team as a Crew Member. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, engage in hands-on landscaping projects, and develop your skills in lawn care, horticulture, and landscape maintenance. Whether you're pruning, mulching, Spring/Fall Clean ups, or mowing lawns, you'll be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional results. This is a Full-Time seasonal position with opportunities to assist in snow plowing during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible. Starting pay will be based on previous experience. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and aerating to ensure healthy, vibrant turf. Maintain landscapes by planting, pruning, and trimming trees/shrubs. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, trimming, and installing landscape features. Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and debris removal to uphold high standards of appearance. Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping. Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance is preferred. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and tree care practices is desirable. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
