Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Golf Course Maintenance Associate and play a vital role in creating pristine, lush fairways and beautiful landscapes that enhance the golfing experience. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your skills in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture. You will be responsible for maintaining the health and aesthetics of the golf course by performing routine upkeep, operating power tools, and supporting overall course presentation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional environment for players and visitors alike. Duties Maintain the golf course grounds by mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating turf areas to ensure optimal playability and visual appeal Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems to keep landscapes healthy and attractive Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, and adjustments to promote proper watering schedules and prevent water waste Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, pruning, and weed control to support vibrant plant health Conduct routine inspections of the course's landscaping features, ensuring safety standards are met and equipment is functioning properly Use hand tools for detailed gardening tasks like planting new greenery or repairing damaged turf areas Support seasonal landscaping projects and ensure all grounds are kept clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests Experience Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and lawn care equipment is highly desirable Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to course upkeep and landscaping tasks Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative work environments Knowledge of landscaping best practices including turf management, plant care, and environmental sustainability is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your skills help craft an exceptional golf course environment.
