Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas Remove trash and debris from the property Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep Help with power washing of walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed Support the maintenance team with basic tasks Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and inviting for residents and visitors Requirements Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
