Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces to showcase beauty, health, and functionality. This energetic position involves performing a variety of landscaping tasks, from planting and lawn care to irrigation and general grounds maintenance. You'll be instrumental in creating inviting, well-kept environments that inspire pride and satisfaction for clients and visitors alike. Whether working independently or as part of a team, your efforts will help transform outdoor areas into vibrant, thriving landscapes. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and fertilizing to keep grounds looking pristine. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, edging, aerating, or other landscaping tasks. Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and healthy plant growth. Conduct gardening activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and maintaining garden beds. Use horticultural knowledge to identify plant health issues and implement appropriate solutions. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist with landscape design projects by preparing soil beds or installing new features under supervision. Experience Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care practices, and horticultural principles is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows confidently. Experience with power tools like trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, or lawnmowers is a plus. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
