Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and become a vital part of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist with landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and outdoor project support. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure our clients' properties are safe, attractive, and well-maintained. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in landscaping and grounds management while working in a lively outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hand tools safely and effectively Support tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Help with hardscape projects including installation and repair of pathways, patios, and other outdoor features Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Identify various plants and landscaping elements to assist with plant health assessments and maintenance plans Contribute to snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or a strong interest in landscaping and grounds maintenance Basic mechanical knowledge of gardening tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment Ability to identify common plants, trees, and pests; familiarity with pesticide management is a plus Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, aeration, fertilization, and watering techniques Understanding of safety procedures related to equipment operation and outdoor work environments Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in horticulture and groundskeeping Embark on an exciting career path where your energy makes a real difference!
