Lawn & Landscape Crew Leader Mow & Go Home Services Goose Creek, SC Job Details Full-time $18 - $24 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Landscape maintenance Outdoor work experience Driver's License Full Job Description Lawn & Landscape Crew Leader Mow & Go Home Services is hiring an experienced Crew Leader to help run lawn maintenance, landscaping, pressure washing, and exterior service jobs throughout the Charleston area. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can operate equipment confidently, follow job instructions, maintain quality standards, and complete work without constant supervision. Responsibilities Lead and complete lawn maintenance and landscaping jobs Operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment Follow job instructions and company standards Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs Keep the truck, trailer, equipment, and job sites clean Interact professionally with customers Requirements Previous lawn care or landscaping experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable attendance and strong communication Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor Ability to take ownership and solve problems in the field Previous crew leader experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Pay and Hiring Process $18-$24 per hour based on experience and performance Paid 7-day working interview Full-time W-2 position available after a successful trial period We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term position with a growing company.
