Job Description

Grounds WorkersParis Mountain Country Club Paris Mountain Country Club is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented workers to join our grounds maintenance team. If you take pride in outdoor work and enjoy maintaining beautiful landscapes, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Overview:
The grounds worker is responsible for the daily maintenance and care of the golf course and surrounding club grounds, ensuring top-quality playing conditions and a visually appealing environment for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs Maintain bunkers, including raking and edging Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools Perform irrigation system checks and basic repairs Assist with fertilization, seeding, and turf care Remove debris and ensure grounds are clean and safe Support seasonal projects such as aeration and overseeding
Qualifications:
Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or golf course maintenance experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to operate machinery safely (training provided if needed) Reliable transportation and punctuality Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability required
